Due to the highly customized nature of each Mini Jumbotron order, customers have seven (7) days from the order date to cancel their Mini Jumbotron order for a full refund less any credit card processing fees.  After the seven (7) day period any refunds will be subject to any time, materials and credit card processing fees.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

 Due to the customized nature of each Mini Jumbotron unit it really cannot be returned or exchanged.  We recommend re-selling it as we are sure there are many who would love to own a Mini Jumbotron unit and avoid the lead time.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Customers have 3 options when it comes to shipping and delivery:

1) Ground Shipping: Select the "Ground Shipping" option and the pricing listed on the website. The product will be securely packed, shipped and insured to your destination.

2) Arrange Shipping on Your Own: Select "Free Customer Pickup" and then arrange the shipping on your own. We will pack your Mini Jumbotron product for safe shipping and you will responsible for having the Mini Jumbotron product picked up from our Peoria, Arizona location and insured by your chosen carrier. Please contact mike@minijumbotron.com if you are interested in this option.

3) Free Customer Pickup: You may arrange to pick up your Mini Jumbotron product from our Peoria, Arizona location. Please contact mike@minijumbotron.com to arrange pick up.

INSTALLATION

Installation

Each Mini Jumbotron unit will ship with mounting hardware and instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the Jumbotron has an appropriate power source and that the ceiling can support the weight of the Mini Jumbotron unit.
